Carrying on the same stringent requirements as our wheated cask strength bourbon, this high rye, cask strength bourbon is loaded with amazing rye flavor of black pepper and cinnamon spice. The finish is long and has a bit more bite than a regular straight bourbon. As with all our bourbons, we age a minimum of 4 years, and often much longer, at 120 proof to achieve that balance of sweet and spicy, all while making sure you know you're drinking a quality, single barrel, straight bourbon.
