It’s all we do, it’s all we’ve ever done. We understand each barrel, over time, imparts its own characteristics on the whiskey aging inside. Every barrel begins to write its own story from the time it’s filled, to the day it’s opened and enjoyed. That story is as unique as you. One we want to celebrate.
In the end the artifacts are only half the prize. You’ll leave with your
custom-branded bottles and the very barrel that raised them, but the real shift is internal. You arrive as someone who appreciates a good pour; you leave as the person who knows exactly why the glass matters. You’re no longer just sharing a drink—you’re telling a story that you helped create.
HOW IT WORKS
You will enjoy a slow cooked meal, a specialty cocktail, and conversation in an intimate setting with good friends. Then retreat to the tasting room to sample selections from multiple mash-bills aging in our rick house until you find the one that speaks to you. Once selected, you, and your party, will be able to bottle, label and leather enough bottles for everyone to take home a few that evening. As for the rest of the barrel, you can choose the bottle size, proof, and the custom leather branding that is on each bottle. That leather strap will serve as a keepsake for those lucky enough to enjoy your private barrel selection.
